Converting Nuke Theme to Xoops

I recently installed XOOPS and im really enjoying this cms.Im planning on keeping my new XOOPS site and want to know if you guys could help me convert my custom nuke theme over to xoops.I do have some php coding backround,but it has been many yrs since i have coded.If you could help me with some of the basics im sure i could do most of the work myself.My theme does have some flash which i dont think will be to hard to figure out,Thanks

Thanks,i got most of it working last night in about 45 mins.I still need to figure out my center and side blocks but i got about 85% working.It wasnt has bad as i first thought it would be.If this works out the way i hope i may convert more nuke themes for others to use in the future.
