I've got a client who has XOOPS installed and is actively using much of the functionality. The person who set it up was fired. Now I have to go in and make some minor changes to a variety of forms. I've done a little with PHP and MySQL in the past...
Xoops is installed on the website server. However, upon reading some tutorials, I have tried to set up a local version of it so I can play around with some things w/o screwing anything up. So far I have installed XOOPS 2.0.18, XAMPP, Apache.. and A BUNCH OF OTHER THINGS.
I'm just trying to access the XOOPS user interface.. and I'm so burnt out with dead ends. The closest I have come is typing in
http://localhost/ in Firefox and getting a webpage that says: "It Works!"
Can anybody help me?
