Herko, one more thing. According to XOOPS Foundation Bylaws Article 11 b:
The governing board is obliged to conduct an administration of the financial situation of the foundation in such
a manner that at any time its rights and commitments can be known, and to this end keep the belonging books,
records and other data carriers.So if members of the XOOPS community would like to know XOOPS Foundation's current financial status, then according to XOOPS Foundation Bylaws, you are legally obligated to present it.
Is this a fair statement?
So here is my official request: I would like to know what is the current financial status of the XOOPS Foundation! When can we have it, so you could fulfill your legal obligations of Article 11b?
[EDIT] BTW - publishing the financials would clear any rumors that you've used XOOPS money on XOOPS competitors, so this actually would be to your advantage. As they say - "facts are our friends"
