I'm trying to modify xHelp so that users are only allowed to view their own tickets. At the moment, if they click on 'view all tickets' they can see everyone else's tickets, which is far from ideal for me.

Any suggestions?

How could I remove that and the search options from the heading? I've tried removing it from the template but not much luck. I'm not that clued up on modifying them!
