How can i take advantage of wysiwyg editors using the smartsection modules. I can pick them up in preferences but nothing happens. All the time i have the same #OOPS#ty XOOPS editor which even don't allow to change size of the foto inserted....
Where can i get more of these editors...

Resized Image

btw. in xoopseditor can I insert a small image to be a link to larger one? can I?

I use Koivi with SmartSection 2.13/xoops 2.0.18 and got it working by following this FAQ:
https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=591

It really is as easy as adding the /wysiwyg folder to the xoops_root/class folder and selecting "KoivI" in the module's preferences. No need to install anything or upload any other folders.

I assume it works with the other wysiwyg editors, but I haven't tried it myself.

HTH

Does the link in the FAQ not work?

If not then PM me with your email address and I'll send you a .zip file this evening GMT (after work and football training!).

You have email.

I had Koivi working with News 1.56 in the same way that I do with SmartSection 2.13.

Follow the instructions, i.e. copy the /wysiwyg directory from the .zip file into your /xoops_root/class directory. That's it!!
