Customizable Navbar, add/modify sections through admin site instead of change it from static content

More options when users login such as "add as favorite" articles, stories, friends or anything from other modules that might interested the users.
History would be nice too. I'd like to login and see what I read previous, or maybe an article I like so I "add to favorite" and return to read whenever.

For the admin side i'll like to see a way to organize the modules in groups or maybe categories as at times if a large no. of modules are installed the admin page can become quite overwhelming.

And what about a better editor for signatures? current one is not suitable I think, even you can't make something showed in center position!
or possibility of using html codes in signatures (which can be deactivated).
