What's the best/correct way to share a theme that I've cobbled together for XOOPS 2.0.x from another CMS (some say plagiarism, others say inspiration!) with other xoopsers?

Where do I submit it and to whom?

Many thanks

Okay - there's a screenshot (309kb .png file) here

It is a "quick and dirty work in progress" and I've called it "Cool2BeBlackHue" to acknowledge those who inspired it:

1. The original theme is called Black2 from http://2bcool.net/
2. I spliced it into JMorris' BlueHue theme.html and .css files

The original theme was written for xoopscube; Black 2 is .css controlled and "standard compliant". My theme isn't, so it's not as good in that respect.

What have I done?
I've added a bit of value by making it work with the XOOPS 2.0.14+ bottom centre, bottom left and bottom right blocks. I've simplified it by removing a horizontal menu bar and fair few graphics.

What isn't there?
There aren't any system templates, i.e. redirect, site closed, etc.

What is left to do?
System template files for a start.....

There isn't a licence file (Black2 wasn't released under GPL so I need to read about it) and there isn't a file containing any credits as yet. There will be if I release it.

Is it worth persevering with to make it worthwhile sharing?
