What does this mean?

Importante! I forgot to uncomment the send mail button in the code!
In file /tropical/source/compose2.php
find and uncomment this:
echo '<input type="submit" name="send1" value="'.$composeStrings[1].'">';

How do you uncomment and what is it?

I can't get the module to work.
