I have a simple sales only kinda web site where I use the module weblinks for places where I signed up as an affiliate.

I understand that using recipical links helps get people to you site and also for search engine ratings. I don't want my front page filled up with links, so, I was wondering which module would be good for this? Could I use multimenu or?

I don't really understand recipical links as to the idea, where they should go in order for people (other web sites) want to exchange them with me etc.

ok thanks Will. I see search engines don't really care but, isn't it helpful if people have your link on, say a links or a friends page so visiters may see your link or banner and click on it, and vise-versa?

of course, if it serves your user base its a valid link. However if it is irrelevant to your content then you may look like a link farmer to search engines. Personally I provide links to anywhere, and mostly just because I think that the link provides valuable resources to my visitors, I dont have 1000's of links but the ones i do have, have not hurt my PR. 4/10 is not bad for a small design site.

What you need to try and focus on is creating a logical chain of websites, based on similar content.

Only Google knows the real answer though

Right. So if I wanted to do a few, would multimenu be ok? I'm already using weblinks. Thanks.
