you could delete the 'xoops' client or the XOOPS banners through the administration if you dont want them to show!

It is in the IMAGES folder under logo.gif

Here is what I do:

Use the Windows search feature to find all of the *.jpg and *.gif files in your site.

Use 'thumbnails' mode so you can see what the pictures look like.

Replace any picture you don't like a picture you want. Then upload the picture file to your computer. Make sure you have caching turned off or it will apear that the changes were not made.
