Blocks Administration not working properly

Hi all,

In the Blocks Administration of XOOPS 2.0.17, I defined to display the following two in the Upper Center of the page"
1. New Topics
2. Latest Replied Post

However, after the setting, it doesn't take effect now, so the upper center of the page is still empty.

How to make this setting work? thank you very much again.

Probable answer:

Go to Admin>Groups Admin.

Under "Edit Groups" you will see a list of your site's current "User Groups". For each user-group in turn, click on "Modify" and make sure that you have set "Module Access Rights" and "Block Access Rights" appropriately for each user-group.

I'm 99.99999999% certain that this is your problem

Hi John,

Thanks a lot for your guidance.

I've checked the Admin access right, everything is set properly.

What I have to emphasize is that only those two parts(1. New Topics, 2. Latest Replied Post) can not work properly. As for other block settings by the admin, all can work well.
