Xoops TeamSpeak error message

Can any on tell me why I keep getting this message when I try to install XOOPS TeamSpeak? How do I fix this?

Unable to install xoops_teamspeak. Error(s):
Duplicate column name 'user_id'

I found the fix on this page

Ok all I got it installed, however after install I have no admin page it is nothing but a blank white page. What is wrong now?
