I must have a weak to post so here I am again.
For first time happen the below incident and I think it is wise to share it with you.

A new user sends me a sign-in message.
I had it settled to need confirmation by the administrator. The thing is that he sends me two messages from the same e-mail account with two different user names.

I enable only the one.

The question is how I can adjust XOOPS to not allow a user to ask for sign-in if he uses an e-mail account which is already sent for confirmation (regardless of it is acceptable or not already).

I use XOOPS 2.0.16

Thank u one more time

Strange,

I'm using 2.0.16 aswell and also using administrator activation. When trying to register with same emailaddres I get this error:

ERROR: Email address already registered

So it looks like something strange is going on on your site... Hope you'll find it...

Ok my mistake. He didn't use the same e-mail account but a little bit different.

The first e-mail was for example example@yahoo.com
and the other one example@yahoo.de

Sorry for the misinterpretation :)
