Modules not recognized????

I uploaded some modules to the module folder as always but for some reason, they arent popping up in the admin menu under modules. Anyone know why?

I uploaded CBB(newbb), xdonations, smart object but they all dont appear at all on the module list. Why is this so?? I tried clearing the templates c folder but no help.. Please help me!

sql, and php versions
along with module version..

Hi,

you need frameworks (and maybe xoopseditors) for CBB. View the readme file ...

If that doe not help, turn on PHP debug and look for warnings and fatal errors ...

Xoops Ver: 2.0.16
PHP version 5.1.6
MySQL version 4.1.22-standard-log

The modules appeared after installing frameworks. thank you.
