Need help asap ---> Admin page shows up blank

After I installed SmartMedia and SmartMail my admin page shows up compleatly blank, any one can help please contact me

I don't know much but they have a plugin module called SmartObjects, not sure if you might need to have that installed to make everything work.

Thats not my problem.

When I go to

http://mbcc.everyseason.org/admin.php

I end up having a totally blank white page, no admin menus, nothing at all

Have you tried turning on PHP debug? When you get a WSOD like this, PHP Debug usually will give you a good idea where the error is.

Administration Menu »» System Admin »» General Settings »» Debug mode »» Enable debug (inline mode).

This will give you the PHP debug messages. Warnings are not important to end users, just ignore them. What you want to look for are Error messages.

Find the Error messages and post them here. Make sure you remove any sensitive information like your home directory name. With that info, we can help you troubleshoot where the problem is.

Everyone seams to be missing the key point...


Administration Menu Shows up as a WHITE SCREEN

I don't have access to any admin menus at all.

Thats my prob

with phpmyadmin or something run this command.

replace 'xoops' with your prefix
UPDATE `xoops_config` SET `conf_value` = "1" WHERE `xoops_config`.`conf_name` = "debug_mode" AND `xoops_config`.`conf_modid` = "0" AND `xoops_config`.`conf_catid` = "1"


it changes the 'conf_value' to ...
0) for Off
1) for PHP Debug
2) for MySQL/Blocks Debug
3) for Smarty Template Debug
CBB / LatestNews / Publisher / XM-Spotlight
