i need a form maker to show some data in my site

i want to use a dairectory on my site to show some information . so i need a directory that have customize fild for my data .
for example i can add any information same : name , university, grade , thesis , short discribton of student , picture and any thing more .
it can add my data in any fild that i need and user only can read this form . is there any modules that can solve my problem ?

I'd recommend you look at Formulize (and Pageworks if needed) to create custom user entry and display.

General forms modules = Formulize and Formulaire
Contact form module = Liase
Extended Profiles module = SmartProfile
Personal pages module = UserPage

Feel free to examine them and see if they will fill your needs. Permissions can be changed to your own specifications. I have left them amost fully open so you can get a clear view of what all there is to work with.
