How Show Blocks to All User

hi,
when i create new blocks i can see it only as Webmaster but not as UNregistere user. How do i create blocks that can be seen for All users? I couldnt find any way..
My site doesnt require registration.

Sounds like you need to make the block(s) visible to your User Groups.

Go to Admin>Groups and check the box(es) for the block(s) that you want each user group to be able to see.

It seems to be the case that the "Anonymous" group has blocks unchecked by default.

Make sure you go into blocks, under groups, anonymous users, and check yes to visible.
