Avitar and Image Manager issues

I am not sure what i am doing to cause this but I cannot seem to upload any images to any image category i have created in the Admin-Image Manager section. When I try I get the standard upload screen but when I hit submit the window goes to a blank white and nouthing happens.

Help?
Server is GoDaddy

What modules you have installed?
What size did you set when you created the category.
What type of image and how big image is.

I'd recommend to install xoopsinfo but don't overwrite image management... it did not work for me very well.

Size is the default 80 x 80 and 50000 bytes.

I have tried JPG, PNG, TIF, GIF, bmp and all have not worked I get the blank window effect. I could do a movie screen capture or some static screen caps if that would help in the description

I have been expementing to get a site going so I have had in the past WF Sections (but just could not get it working or my head around it)

Last thing I need is some sort of upload system that will allow uploads of a CAD software file types.

I will get XOOPS info and install it as you recommend

I ran a inline debug and this was the result of hitting the submit button and being taken to the blank page

It was the right size

I dumped my site out and reinstalled and all is working now
