Notifications doesn't work at all

My notifications doesn't work at all.

I only receive e-mail when someone register on my site, or if I use option send me a password.

When I change something using wiwimod or cbb 3.04 I do not receive any notification. I also do not receive notification when I change a method to private message.

I've tested different methods of that XOOPS use for sending (PHP mail(), sendmail, SMTP, SMTPAuth) - no result.

I use XOOPS 2.0.16, but I also tried with XOOPS 2.0.13.

I don't know what is wrong.

PLZ help me.

What version of PHP are you using?

You don't get notifications for events that you trigger yourself. For example, if users A and B are subscribed to a particular event, and user A triggers the event, then only user B would receive a notification. Could that be the issue here?

I am using PHP 4.4.5

OK. My notifications works in Wiwi, but I still can't get notifications in CBB 3.04.
