My notifications doesn't work at all.
I only receive e-mail when someone register on my site, or if I use option send me a password.
When I change something using wiwimod or cbb 3.04 I do not receive any notification. I also do not receive notification when I change a method to private message.
I've tested different methods of that XOOPS use for sending (PHP mail(), sendmail, SMTP, SMTPAuth) - no result.
I use XOOPS 2.0.16, but I also tried with XOOPS 2.0.13.
I don't know what is wrong.

I had similar problems.
I've changed server and now everything is OK. Earlier I was using OmniSecure 3.0 Web Server. It doesn't define HTTP_HOST and I think that was a problem.
