Does anyone know of a good (open source) stats program that I can run from my web space? Possibly that stores the data in mysql?

I am looking to scrape the geo data from there and have a module with a google map with pins from the site visitors. this is really the only data I need and would be the only thing offered to the viewers of the site (the map with the visitor locations).

Since I can't use the data from Google analytics easily, I will have to do it myself. If anyone has any recommendations I am all ears. Thanks.
