Installing updates (2.0.9.3 => 2.0.16)

I'm updating from 2.0.9.3 to 2.0.16. I've found updates to go from:

2.0.9.2 => 2.0.10
2.0.10 => 2.0.12a
2.0.12a => 2.0.13

2.0.14 => 2.0.16

But can't find a 2.0.13 => 2.0.14

Is it safe to skip from 2.0.13 to 2.0.16 with the 2.0.14 to 2.0.16 patch?

Please read this news release carefully - especially the section marked "Upgrading from any XOOPS ranging from 2.0.7 to 2.0.13.2 (using the full package)"

(In other words - you don't need to use all these update versions... just follow these instructions only)

I would suggest, however, a backup of site and database before any large updates like this.
