Can someone tell me which module would be best to create static content pages?

I have been looking at Cjay Content 3 WYSISYG IE 5.5+ & also Content.

I have read so many comments I now have features of the two confused.

Can you tell me if the Cjay module now works with Firefox?

I thought I read somewhere that one of them wouldn't allow the page you create to be listed in the main menu, only a sub menu of the main menu? Does someone know if this is true? If so do you know which one it is?

Can anyone tell me which module they prefer?

Thanks,
Yaani-Mai

I prefer iContent. I am sure it is not the most advanced module, but I have it on 6+ sites and it is easy to work with and (more importantly) easy for a non-coder to work with.

Matt,

Can you add/edit the html page title i.e. "<title>Page Title </title>" using the iContent module?

Thanks,
