What's the best way to post mpeg video content

I've been using the "Downloads" module to post video content, but when you click a video link it takes several minutes before the video appears. I assume this is because it has to download the file prior to playing it. How can I do this so the content starts playing in a streaming mode so the video will appear faster?

The solution to this problem turned out to be "Change videos to Flash format. It plays right away...
