I'll be working on getting a client's site up to date to the current XOOPS version. Their site is currently at 2.0.10.

I have found all the updates and am working on applying them one by one. However, I cannot seem to find an upgrade file from 2.0.13 to 2.0.14. Does anyone happen to know if there is one and where I can find it?

you dont need to do such a tough upgrades.
just BACKUP database first and use 2.0.16 upgrade package.
see the release note for 2.0.16
