I am trying to put a block inside contents text. I need something like:

[block id=5]
to show the block with id=5. With this way you can put blocks everywhere.

I tryed to do it inside the "module.textsanitizer.php" file but I dont know how to parse the blocks... can anyone help with that?

I think it will be usefull to a lot of people.

I apologize, but I honestly have no idea what you are trying to do.

I assume you want to include a block within the body of a News article for example?. Herve wrote an item about flexible use of block content on this website and Preachur came up with a way of adding blocks to an Ajax tabbed menu in this thread. I applied Preachur's code to add a block to my CSS tab hack for Content 0.5/0.6 here

Don't know if any of this code may be of use.
A thread is for life. Not just for Christmas.

Thanks for you reply but nothing of that is usefull.

My thought is simply (I think). I want to put, inside the text body of the news or the contents or everywhere (not in themes), a tag like [blockId=5] and there to show the contents of this block. The block with id=5. Its the same way when we put an image or:
[pagebreakin the news
I want to do the same with blocks.

I am sure that someone that knows well the architecture of the blocks and how they are stored in the DB, can help me.

I know that it will be very usefull for a lot of people. Blocks can contain everything, from dynamic data of a module to php imported scripts.
