I'm not sure there is a 2.2.4 full package available (at least I couldn't find it). You will have to get "back" to 2.2.4 by installing the 2.2.3a package and then installing the 2.2.3->2.2.4 upgrade.

You can find the 2.2.3a package here and the 2.2.3->2.2.4 upgrade package here.
