I am having an issue getting my right blocks to DD. the container is set and everything seems to be in order. The cursor even identifies the handle. Though they will not DD to save my life.

IDK, I am using the base scriptaculous set, and I see that you have an extra xoops.js. Did you have this same issue, and... what is the xoops.js for?

Yeah... default xoops.js will not allow drag&drop ... to me in IE allowed drag ...didn't allow drop though which was really hilarious, while in Firefox worked without any problems.

@Biteronboard

either pm me or msn me to send you the modified one... and/or send you the theme as is there

All above have been accomplished now... either you navigate or logout or close browser...a cookie remembers your chosen position for the blocks...also collapse was added in case you don't like them and want to close every single block :).

Theme is still a [beta] as parts of its design are not finished yet and it can be viewed HERE

browsers supported: IE6, IE7, Firefox, Opera, etc.

Minimize is working and is coool !
But Drag and drop have some problems with firefox and opera.
I find the more themes by Wanikoo

XOOPS(Cube) Default Theme Hack-(Block Drag&Drop&Resize Theme Hack)
And search themes by Damaster, you have a lot of fun with these great themes
