can someone help me about this question please?

this is my code:

href="(tammairanslip)openWithSelfMain('http://www.mysite.it/uploads/img45d975afaa4af.jpg', 'foto', 500, 500);"

and it doesn't work, in html it is like i had write

of course, if i write href="javascript" XOOPS cut it, and it writes (script removed)

what must i do to make a popup?
