Payment Processor Interface

I have a membershsip site and want to offer paid upgrades. I need a module which will process the payment and automatically amend the member's group on confirmation of payment. Does such a module exist? I looked at some of the ecommerce modules but they don't seem to be appropriate. All help/guidance welcome.


(Added - just found Third Eye Software and will investigate but would still welcome ideas - Thx)
