Change a "href" in a theme

I am using montisblack theme in my XOOPS site. At the top of the page are links to "Home" "Forums" etc...I want to change the "Forums" link to an out side "Forum". Here is the code...

</span><span class="right"><a href="<{$xoops_url}>/modules/newbb/"> Forums </a></span>

I want the URL to be "http://aadgamers.proboards67.com/index.cgi".

How do I change it?

One more question. How can I add the same "Forum" link to the main menu on the left?
