hello

i want to translate XOOPS to my language and i had seen the language folder and from that will starting to translate. Is there any files or folders need's to traslate.What about module is there are language file or folder or must translate all files.

Can i remove the copyright?

The answer to copyright is easy. To remove it is to steal the material. Removal is illegal.

to translate:
1- create a folder inside language folder with the name of your language: like language/english
2- copy all files inside language/english to language/(your_lang) and translate them.

what you mean about "copyright"?
you should not remove credits in the php files like:

i want explain how can i translate xoops?

i think translate langage folder not enough to translation
