I searched XOOPS module repo as well as the internet and just can't find a Personnel management system; one that keeps track of personnel, the courses they attended, contact and personal info, etc.

Does XOOPS have such a module? Is there going to be one soon?

I'm noticing an increase for requests for commercial/business focussed modules in the last year. AFAIK, there isn't such a module publicly available. If you'd like to sponsor the development of one I'm sure that the commercial developers amongst us (myself included) would be happy to assist. However, be aware that if you want a commercial strength application, then you are likely going to need to pay properly for it (and its ongoing support and modification.) There's a list of commercial developers at the head of this forum as a stickeyed topic.
