I want to use a weblog module on my personal site. Anyone any tips on which module to use and the advantages of that module compared to others?

weblog is a XOOPS native module, native is the first advantage, obvious
wordpress is an integrated module, the advantage is feature-rich, and easy to switch to a single blog site - in case some day you are tired of maintaining a CMS site but just want a blog

There are a few other blog modules.
