I can't understand why I am having trouble with downloads modules and those only. I have tried most of the downloads modules and most give me a blank screen when I go to that modules index page. The one that does work - RMDP - now won't let me add new downloads. Any advice?

Maybe you could also try a more conservative approach and try XOOPS normal mydownloads...
yet also can't understand why it wouldn't let you add things, unless your server doesn't allow downloads, which some don't?

xoops version, php version, MySQL version please ;)

also which module version you using? especially wf-downloads.. latest is 3.1 final

and any other information that's relevant.

does your server allow file uploads? is safe_mode enabled etc.

says i don't have permission to access.. is this the problem? cos then i would suggest setting the permissions correctly.

sorry i can't say anythin else right now as i don't really want to have to register in order just to troubleshoot.

XOOPS 2.0.16
PHP and mySQL version I don't know what my host is using.
just updated to WF-Downloads 3.1
server does allow uploads.
safe-mode enabled??? how do I do that.

You should now be able to access the module to see the error...

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare convertorderbyin() (previously declared in /homepages/46/d98822904/htdocs/ldsconservative/modules/wfdownloads/include/functions.php:722) in /homepages/46/d98822904/htdocs/ldsconservative/modules/wfsection/include/functions.php on line 495

I don't know how to fix that.
