Gallery for photos and video -challenge

Ok, seems easy to use one of the image galleries modules.

But I also would like to have a kind of video gallery, and at the same time possibility for just some users to upload new videos (together with textual information regarding their upload)

How to do that?

extgallery is a good one for pictures.
but for video gallery maybe it can be done by xcgal 2.0.3 just try it and see your self
