Having always relied on the intelligence of theme designers, I'm pretty clueless when it comes to creating themes and when I want to do something myself, I kinda struggle.

I stumbled across this website - http://www.hicksdesign.co.uk/, and I was really impressed with how it looked, and wondered how it was done, and whether it would be easy enough to create an XOOPS theme similar to it. It's key points, in my mind, are it's simplicity, easy on the eye, easy to navigate.
