Is there a simple way to re-theme / re-design the admin area in 2.0.16?

Nevermind.... I actually found a place to download Admin Area Revisited Beta 2. (The links in the mod dev are dead.) I installed it and it looks great. If anyone else needs it download it here:

A hint: Try it with admin.php that is already there. I think it looks better than the one included with the download.
