How to display blocks!!!!

Hey every1 i'm new at this and i got stuck on this 1.. IM running XOOPS 2.0.16ok.. So my question is how do i display blocks on the main page? Cause i cant make them apear to Anonymous users it only show them when i login!!! Any feedback plz!!!

Give Anonymous users access permission in System > Groups.
