Hi people, I have a problem, I can´t access to the forum. It`s say "you don`t have the rights for acces this forum" even if I`m the WEBMASTER!, I check the groups permissions, the database (repaired the table) but I can`t access this area!
my XOOPS version is 2.0.14 in spanish

any ideas?

2 things.

Firstly, CBB has been updated many many times since this release. The current version is 3.07 - and is available from dev.xoops.org

Secondly, XOOPS itself has been updated 2 times since 2.0.14 - with 2.0.16 being the latest.

Personally I'd advise a full database & site backup - and checking into an update as soon as you can.

but this problem is because this module don`t work with this version of xoops? this is a strange problem, I don`t know if the best way to solve this problem is upgrading my xoops. just need to know the cause of this, whatever, is much easier uninstall this module and installing other. what version or what module can install without problems?

having your XOOPS updated should be the first priority, then finding the latest version of CBB, updates are done to fix and make the system better, staying with old versions is just taking the risk for things to start breaking and upgrading will be much much more complicated after many XOOPS versions have passed by if you stay like this.

This is true. CBB 1.16a is an excellent version of CBB which works perfectly with XOOPS 2.0.13.2.
