The page name link at the top of DokuWiki looks a bit naff even when you can see all of it (IMHO). It's not actually as fundamental to navigation as it looks... so I killed it.
You may prefer to tweak the CSS entries to get it looking right.

If everything else worked for you I would persevere. It is an excellent WIKI. Search this forum for more comments.
