How to add PHP to a block?

I'm using XOOPS 2.0.13.1 and I'd like to put a PHP script in a block on my Poker Pics website. The script displays text ads. I tried copy/pasting the code into the box, "<?php include", etc., with no luck. I think I'm missing something.

Please help

Not shure about the include, but I think you can add the php code whithout <?php ... ?> and select the type as php script ...
..
