I like forum on xoops.org. espesialy green dropdown menu like here

I installed cbb 3.07 and, as i can see in folders, i have the same pictures.

But i have only interface:
Resized Image

"Search forum" is under the forum's body.

How can I take the beautiful green dropdown buttons like on first illustration.
Where is the "magic"

point of tunes?...

try the css file in the module folder.. or search the forum, i'm sure there's numerous posts regarding it.

also you can change the styles of drop down menu from preferences..

Anybody can help?
i've found only how to recolor the hover menu.

in theme like on http://www.xoops.org/modules/newbb/ i see
menu :
"topic options",
"Rate Thread",
"Search Forum",
"VIew MOde",
pictures under avatar
"make pdf"
"print"
quick links on Posters nickname

I have only darkblue menu with
"topic options", "Rate Thread", "VIew MOde"

i like theme (?) of forum on xoops.org
Please help me do the same.
