I guess that means that you want those images in your XOOPS site? Just do an image like normal, as you can see when you view the "text-image" thing. maybe it can be put in news/article Title like the one jogadjet did for joomla..

but i dont know where n how to put those code.. you can use font(.ttf) and font color to your title..
