I am looking for a suggestion as to which module(s) to use - perhaps I'm just missing something, but I haven't figured this out on my own.

I would like to be able to allow authorized users to upload (or update previously uploaded) documents. Further, I would like to be able to have several static pages in other areas of the site that reference these documents. I know DMS provides a nice document repository, but AFAIK, I can't link to those on other pages.

Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!
