I have been waiting so long for this to be announced. I so much regreted to miss the We can´t dance tour and now its time to be there in less then 1 year.

I am so happy i don´t even really care what they are going to play. (they won´t play stuff from calling all stations thats for sure).

Will definately be in Hamburg. Maybe in Hannover or Berlin too. And maybe maybe at all three. (ok did not take my pills today)

He is indeed

Not Peter Gabriel though... perhaps that's not a bad thing

(May be going to the Manchester one as well...)

Just hope I don't end up on MTV again

Actually i am not sure if Gabriel will ever be rejoining them again for a tour. He has been focussing on his own projects even more than the others. He never revisited the Genesis stuff and everytime the discussion came up he was allways like "yes i think i could do that ... in maybe 2 or 3 years".

So this tour is the eighties combo "Collins, Banks, Rutherford" and their alltime live gang with "Chester Thompson and Daryll Stuermer".

Its fine with me. I listen to both. The time i started with Genesis it was the gang that does the tour now. I really prefer them doing this now. If Peter at any point says lets do it again with the old stuff - fine - they can still do that. Better then waiting for Peter forever and when they are 70 realizing that ... uhh ... now its actually too late.
In a Pack with that comes that they will do the Tour (again) also without Steve Hackett. But as they said in the press conference ist like two teams. Either the three or the five. So the really old dudes of you will have to wait for that to happen.

On another note i read on a forum a sentence about would you really want to see Peter in his current age in the costumes from the times you all remember. I think there is a bit of truth to that. Though i would go anyway.
