Basically with the new article and forum ect you have so many diffrent codes and functions, what would be the best music player system for all users and all browsers in one Go?

Did have debaser, yet now just would like to code it direct using article or wiwimod...yet still what is the best system of code to make a music player that looks good whilst being easy to add any where within Xoops?

A fellow with your skills should be able to get the Zina module working properly. I gave it a shot with 2.2.4, but the .pls link kept coming up as index.php instead of a playlist file - a problem the original developer knows about but doesn't seem to have addressed. Maybe you can figure something out.

@ gestroud

Do you know if that problem with the .pls does only occurs with XOOPS 2.2 series?

If i?m not wrong I?ve seen Zina working pretty well with 2.0xxx series....

Lol, it was me who introduced Zina to Xoops, well let Xoopers know about it years ago, when I first found it ...Good idea was just looking at it before asking on here....

Yet really don't think I need a full module...more away of easily adding music content anywhere in xoops...

FCK has flash introduced, may be could use this some how...just wasn't sure and meant surfing countless web-programmer sites like here....to see if any one knows a sure-fire soulution as to make an easy music player....?

Also didn't know if there is a logical php or CSS player as know CSS can speak, yet how far we can go is....

Ok problem solved!!

FlamPlayer Flash, PHP, MySQL music system....

Demo as a block added in wiwimod, article and myspace...music hosted on free isp server not site where hosted also ....

May make an add on for Xoops, need to ask though as it says it has a weird licence, yet a bridge would be ok...

Looks interesting, Zanda.

I found a couple of other player that look promising. One of them turns RSS feeds containing media into an audible stream.

wcrwcr: I've seen zina working on 2.0 sites pretty well. I only had the problem with 2.2

It has built in colour selector, playlists, and can be used anywhere off your own database and embed as in on MySpace....mmmm me

The one where my zoops file also gets hosted; the one you get for using NTL Broadband...
Anyone can if you get freespace with your isp, so not adding to the server load of your own site.
Also for people who don't know how to make a site and leave it sitting there, can add music files and this can then link and play them. (as done on myspace and our network)...
