Admin Menus Missing

All of a sudden this happened:

My admin page is there, and i can type the url to admin pages but the menu down the left side of the admin home page is empty not a single module or the system one is there.

What handels this? Database or template?

sorry did a qwick search (was off out) and drew a blank.

thanks anyway

EDIT: the first link was just what i need. Had to deleat the cached admin page.

i get annoyed if people post a thread when one comes up from a search and now I am one of them people.....

My Test Result:
Case 1:
Fedora Core 3 (kernel 2.6.12-1.1381)
APACHE 2 (2.0.52 default httpd.conf settting)
PHP 4 (4.3.9 default php.ini settting)
MySQL 4(4.0.25 default setting)
XOOPS 2(2.0.15 Fresh Installation)
Result: pass (admin menu shown)

Case 2:
Fedora Core 5 (kernel 2.6.17-1.2187)
APACHE 2 (2.2.2 default httpd.conf settting)
PHP 5 (5.1.4 default php.ini settting)
MySQL 5 (5.0.22 default setting)
XOOPS 2(2.0.15 Fresh Installation)
Result: fail (admin menu missing)

Why ? PHP 4 and 5 ?

When i first started using XOOPS i was on php4, now i am on 5 and have never had admin problems with either (apart from the cache but that was nothing to do with php)
