Hi,
I basically have XOOPS installed including basic modules without much configuration.
Question is how do i direct my URL thats's
http://www.keluargakalil.com/xoops to http://www.keluargakalil.com

Hi taufiq

Since you don?t have any content yet on your site, I suggest to do a fresh install, but that time dropping the XOOPS files inside of your httpdocs, in the root not inside another folder, in your case "xoops".

Lot of work for something that can be done a lot easier:

- move all the files and folders into the right place (one level up, from /xoops/ to /), and edit mainfile.php XOOPS_ROOT_PATH and XOOPS_URL to match the new location.

I changed to another hosting company and I guess the name of th root file changed. What is it that I need to change.

My website is 3litegamer.com
- I get a blank page saying

XOOPS path check: Script is not inside XOOPS_ROOT_PATH and cannot run.

What do I do ???

1) Double-posting the same question in several areas will not give you a faster or more accurate reply

2) Herko has already answered that - although it wasn't obvious that it also covered moving host completely.

Edit your [xoops-root]/mainfile.php to reflect the new path and URL for your site.
