now it says I got some PD_ already in the database, but I think that's because uninstalled PD download and installed a different version for it in the place.

Advice:
Uninstall the module. Then check MySQL and delete ALL left over pddownload sql tabels by hand.
Download the latest version, upload and install it.
See what happens and report.

I tried again what krobi said, but I still get the same errors:

Before you do what Krobi said it'll be better to install the module fresh, without any modifications.
That would be a better starting point

that's what I did, but I still got the same error report messages, and after I did it I got those some error report messages.
